Institute of Organization Development (IOD) is a Florida based USA Corporation dedicated to promoting the field of Organization Development and the professional growth of OD professionals.

IOD has provided Organization Development Certificate Programs and consulting services to the community for over 25 years.

The Institute of OD (IOD) was founded by Nancy Zentis to provide professional development for those interested in the field of OD.

Many of the existing OD programs offered through universities provide the theoretical knowledge but lack the practical know how to skills that can be transferred immediately back to the organization.

IOD\'s certificate programs provide participants with an opportunity to gain the skills and experience needed to enhance their career growth and opportunities immediately.

OD Certification Programs provide participants with continuing education credits through HRCI to support ongoing learning and development.

Our certificate programs are offered online. However, we do offer customized courses and classroom sessions based on client needs.

Recognizing the global nature of organizations today, IOD has co-founded the Indian Institute for Organization Development (IIOD) to promote the study of OD in India and Southeast Asia.

Similarly, Caricode of Jamaica has partnered with IOD to host programs in the Caribbean.

Our newest member of our team is Africa Institute of OD (AIOD) of Ghana who is currently offering OD Certificate Programs throughout Africa.
