PRESIDENT/EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR at AFRICA INSTITUTE OF ORGANIZATION DEVELOMENT (AIOD) an Organization Development and Training Institute representing the Institute of Organization Development (IOD-USA) in Africa.  AIOD is an OD Professional Group promoting international OD Practice.  We offer Professional OD certificate programs.  AIOD offers OD Certificate Programs for those individuals new and/or currently practicing in the field of OD. These certificate programs will provide you with the theory, processes, tools and competencies needed to develop the skills to become an OD Professional. [The OD Certificate is designed to help those in OD/HR/IT and Community Development roles prepare for Organizational Development and Change Management positions.]

 Abraham is an Organization Development Consultant for Medlink Capacity Consults Ghana Ltd. located in Accra, Ghana, West Africa. [In the current business climate organizations are increasingly focused on the processes, structures, and systems that impact people and performance and are turning to OD.]

 He holds membership and affiliations with a variety of professional groups such as the Johannesburg Professional Network; the South Florida OD Network, a Regional Chapter of the OD Network; and the Asia Organization Development Network.  Abraham is also the President of the Ghana OD Network (GODN). The Africa OD Network (AODN) is a non-profit, professional development organization for OD professionals learning and practicing in the field of OD. Abraham has attended and actively participated in many international conferences and summits and has made numerous contributions by way of volunteering, presentation, workshop and chairing sessions around the globe. He is an Associate Member of the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS).

 Abraham holds a PhD in Business Management from Atlantic International University, Masters and PGD in Organization Development and Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. He is currently the IOD Representative and the Principal ODCC facilitator in Africa.
