Organization Development Certified Consultant Program

This 5-day Advanced OD Certified Consultant Program sponsored by Institute of Organization Development, gives participants the opportunity to demonstrate their skills as OD consultants. to gain professional certification as a consultant.

Participants are eligible if they have completed the Organization Development Certified Professional (ODCP) Program, as a prerequisite, or have extensive experience in OD. After completing the ODCP Program, a participant can continue their learning to gain certification as an OD Consultant.

Participants will demonstrate their organizational behavior consulting skills and knowledge of systems, models, tools, & solutions to improve organizational effectiveness in a variety of case studies, and client interventions. This certificate is awarded to participants who have completed the ODCP Program, prerequisites, and a 5-day assessment program.
