Nancy Rehbine Zentis, PhD.

Dr Zentis is the CEO of HRTalentPro, an OD consulting firm and Institute of Organization Development (IOD) providing OD Certification Programs for those professionals seeking to grow their careers in the field of OD.  She has over 30 years experience in the field of Organization Development, Human Resources, and Training.

IOD offers OD Certification Programs in Organization Development, Talent Management, Executive Coaching, and Developing Leadership Development Prgrams in more than 25 countries.   She  has formed partnerships with India Institute of OD (IIOD) 2009, CARICODE 2008, and African Institute of OD (AIOD) 2010.

Dr. Zentis has vast experience in the field of Organizational Development and Talent Management working with global organizations in Manufacturing, High Tech, Healthcare, Finance, Retail, and Hospitality.  She partners with clients to create organization change strategies to achieve sustainable solutions for critical business challenges.  She is dedicated to the field of OD and promotes the practice of OD globally through social media, community webinars and presentations, online and classroom certificate programs, client partnerships, and peer coaching.

She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Development and Management from Capella University and a Master’s in HRM & Business Management from Central Michigan University.

Martha Fowler

Martha Fowler is President at HRTalentPro, a Talent Management and Organizational Development consulting firm servicing global organizations in HR strategic planning, learning initiatives, and talent management software.  She has over fifteen years of experience Training & Development, instructional design, eLearning, and talent management technology. 

Martha is a facilitator and training manager of global learning initiatives working with teams in Latin America & the Caribbean, Philippines, and India. As an Instructional Designer, she has developed elearning systems that can be easily reused for many audiences, and in multiple languages. She has experience designing training for traditional classroom learning and blended learning programs. She has worked with multiple LMS platforms and Talent Management software implementations. Through her career she has obtained invaluable hands on experience in many industries, such as: virtual call centers, banking, transportation, and government and has enriched her career as a Talent Management consultant. Clients and employers include: Credit Card Processing for Latin America & Canada with First Data Corp; virtual call center training for Arise Virtual Solutions; Florida Department of Transportation; Intuit, Orchard Brands, AT&T, and Shell Credit Cards.  

Martha has facilitated train the training programs for clinical educators and call centers, provided technical training for the FDOT, and Broward County School District, and has been a Spanish language instructor at Broward Community College.

She holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University, a Certificate in Organization Development from the Institute of Organization Development, and she is a Certified Training and Human Resources Professional from Florida International University.  She also has a degree in Elementary Education from the E.N.M. in her home town, Mexico City.
