IOD\'s offer\'s OD Certificate Programs to provide challenging learning experiences and career opportunities for those currently working or studing in the field of OD, HR and Learning and Development.

We offer online sessions in several time zones for your convenience.  Each program is held for  8 months, for 3 hours per month.   Experienced OD facilitators lead the each session. Participants receive an comprehensive resource guide and tools related to each of the 8 sessions.  Participants work with other professionals to complete activities and case studies during the month to reinforce their learning.  Participants receive coaching during the month on their development goals.  

Participants will receive an OD certification in each of the designations after completing the program and designated assignments.  In addition, participants receive 24 HRCI Strategic credits.
