Organization Development Certified Consultant (ODCC)
The ODCC Certificate Program gives participants the opportunity to advance in the field of OD as consultants. After completing the ODCP program, participants can continue their learning to gain certification as an OD Consultant. Participants will demonstrate their organizational behavior consulting skills and knowledge of systems, models, tools, solutions to improve organizational effectiveness in a variety of case studies, and client interventions.
This certificate is awarded to participants who complete the ODCP program, all prerequisite requirements, and a 4-day assessment program.
This course gives participants an opportunity to develop their skills as an internal/external consultant. Participants identify their role as a change agent, and recognize which OD competencies are needed to be effective when working on client interventions.
The ODCC Program provides participants with an opportunity to Identify the role of the OD consultant in managing change. With this understanding participants recognize how to guide, develop and implement strategies that will help organizations manage the change process more efficiently and effectively. In this workshop participants explore the key change theories, learn how to apply them in a variety of situations organizations often face, and identify how to create a framework for implementing change.

Certificate Requirements:
- Complete prerequisites assignments to prepare for certification.
- Demonstrate proficiency in OD competencies.
- Demonstrate practical application of the Action Research Model, and other organization analysis models.
- Demonstrate an ability to analyze assessment instruments and provide feedback.
- Facililtate OD Process Consulting skills in several case studies, and coaching exercises.
- Facilitate 3 - 4 OD Facilitation Tools
- Complete required all courses in the two previous sessions.
- Complete the OD Competency Assessment and Individual Development Plan.
- Demonstrate proficiency as a Process Consulting demonstrating the Seven Phase OD Action Research Model.
- Analyze a variety of case studies and guide clients to determine a strategy.
- Demonstrate 3-4 OD Facilitation Tools & Techniques.
- Complete relevant assignments.
- Demonstrate OD facilitation and coaching skills by participating in a variety of in-basket exercises including case studies, assessments, interviews, and facilitated activities.
- Assessors will provide assess each participant\\\'s competencies based, and provide feedback and evaluation for certification.
