Diana brings a wealth of experience as an internal coach and external coach and combines that knowledge with her strong global HR management experience. Diana is a certified co-active coach through Co-Active Training Institute and has her certification from ICF (International Coach Federation).
Diana has coached leaders at all levels in an organization ranging from individual contributors to senior executives including C-Suite. Her clients range from a variety of diverse cultural backgrounds within dynamic environments and across several industries. Her coaching focuses on business and leadership effectiveness working with and influencing senior business leaders and their leadership teams and helping lead people through organizational change and transitions. Diana uses this knowledge and experience as she delivers and facilitates the Executive Certified Coach Program.
