Dr. Daniel Zimmerman is a leader, mentor, and scholar and has a career that spans over 15 years in the online educational realm, including higher education and corporate education, He began his career as an academic advisor for a large university system in the United States, Through years of growth, opportunity, and development, he has honed his skills into the academic leader he is today.
His academic pedigree includes Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Illinois State University, Master’s of Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, Master’s of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management, and a Doctorate in Management with an emphasis in Organizational Development and Change.
Dr. Zimmerman teaches a variety of courses at many different universities. These courses range from undergraduate to doctoral courses. The subjects include organizational change, organizational partnerships, human resources, organizational behavior, large-scale transformational change. In addition, Dr. Zimmerman is a managing partner for a start-up consulting firm in the Chicagoland metro that explores and deploys the very concepts that are taught here in IOD. In his free time, he likes to read books and spend time with his three boys.
