Laura E. Masia is a highly accomplished Organization Development Consultant with over a decade of experience driving transformational change across Fortune 100 companies, government agencies, and non-profit organizations globally. Specializing in organization design, change management, and leadership development, Laura has led numerous enterprise-wide initiatives that align strategy and enhance organizational effectiveness.
With a background as a former Big Four consultant, she has played a key role in large-scale business transformations, including post-merger integrations and restructuring efforts across diverse industries such as aerospace and defense, energy, healthcare, and hospitality. Laura is known for her data-driven approach, her ability to foster trusted partnerships with senior leadership, and her unwavering focus on delivering sustainable, impactful results.
Laura holds a Master’s in Public Policy and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Public Policy and Management, concentrating on data-driven decision-making in organizational change. She is certified in Change Management through Prosci and holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
In addition to her consulting work, Laura is a former Peace Corps volunteer, co-founder of an education focused nonprofit, and a committed mentor to youth in foster care.
