This 3 hour interactive course provides participants with the guidelines to apply an Appreciative Inquiry Model to help clients through the process of change using a Whole Systems Transformation Approach. Participants gain detailed guidelines to facilitate group discussions using 4 D Model to promote Whole System Transformation, and encourage innovation and creativity across an organization. Emphasis is placed upon laying Appreciative Inquiry foundations, identifying key principles, and sharing best practices for implementation. New insights are provided through models, tools, processes, and real world application exercises.
