Institute of Organization Development Cancellation Policy:
- Registration fees are refundable up to 30 days prior to the start date of the program, less an administrative fee of $250.00 USD.
- After the program has started, registered participants are not entitled to a refund.
- If you must cancel your participation, we will allow you to re-enroll within one year of the date of your original registration. An administrative fee of $375.00 USD will be charged to process re-enrollment, in addition to any price differences in the cost of the program(s). Additional charges may apply based on the number of sessions already attended or other factors.
To complete the certification participants are required to attend all sessions, complete the self-development plan, all homework assignments, and submit a final assessment. The program requires you to invest 5-10 hours of your time completing assignments after each session to gain real life experience. (Asynchronous learning)
While active engagement is a very important part of our teaching method – we understand that unavoidable scheduling conflicts can come up. If this happens, you will be able to access a recording of the missed session. We encourage a maximum of two missed sessions during participation in the program in order to be eligible to gain certification. We are committed to your success and will do our best to help you stay on course should you run into any difficulties.
Registration and payment must be received at least 48 hours prior to the start date of the program.
