Join us in our exciting new series of OD professional programs designed to help you continue building your toolbox!
The Advanced OD Skills Short Courses include 12 independent modules which will provide new insights and immediate application of advanced tools and techniques in our field. The programs will enable, empower, and expand your abilities to facilitate growth and change in your organization. Participants can attend one or more sessions for 3 hours through our unique online training applications. Each session is facilitated live and offers a “hands on” approach to consulting, implementing interventions, leading change and applying best practices in today’s organizations. Valuable skills will be presented through various models, processes, activities, discussions, and tools. OD professionals will be exposed to core competencies that are tailored to fit the unique needs of today’s workforce. This takes into account diversity, distance, and generational needs.
