Institute of OD offers online OD Certification Programs for participants globally to advance their professional development and career growth in the field of OD.   Our current and former participants represent over 35 countries, and our partners from Africa, India, and Jamaica will be attending.

Future of OD: A Game Changer

Day 1: OD Basics – Tools, Concepts, and Application – Learn basic OD tools, core concepts and applications to help clients support change – learn how to facilitate behavior change, how to ensure successful results through the use of self as the instrument of change.  Recognize how to promote collaboration, creativity and innovation through activities such as the Open Space Technology.  Realize shared common areas of interest and dialogue with others to increase your understanding of the topic in “Birds of a Feather.”

Day 2: Making an Impact – Helping Organizations Achieve Success -Demonstrate how to increase emotional intelligence in Leaders, Recognize how to achieve results through measuring the impact of interventions, experience how teams work together more effectively, what are keys to success, learn more about your role as a business partner, how to build effective relationships and how to build trust using the fear trust continuum model.

Day 3: Future of OD in the Workplace – Recognize global trends and how OD practitioners prepare for the future of OD, participate in a Future Search Activity, Learn a new tool to support the future of OD, discover how neuroscience can be applied in day to day OD practice,  share insights about the future of OD using world cafe.
