By earning a certification as an ECCP (Certified Executive Coach) you will gain confidence, experience, and knowledge to master the art of coaching. The list of resources such as coaching tools, guidelines for building a coaching strategy, templates for conducting coaching discussions and access to a list of powerful questions.

The ECCP Certification Program is a 24 hour program offered over 8 months, meeting monthly for 3 hours, with additional monthly coaching sessions. Our team of certified coaches facilitate each session and provide you with one on one coaching and support throughout the program.

As a result of this certification, you will:

You’ll gain 24 ICF CCE credits and 32 hours of coaching toward your ACC Portfolio Path Certification with ICF. Also, HRCI and SHRM CCE’s.

Online Sessions: Register today

  • Online Sessions are 3 hours long and meet once a month on the same day (e.g., 2nd Tuesday of the month). Once you register, you will receive confirmation of all meeting dates and times. Each session is facilitated live by an experienced OD Consultant.

Certification Requirements

  • Attend all 8 classes in eight monthly sessions
  • Complete all class assignments
  • Complete the self development plan
  • Complete over 30 hours of coaching
  • Complete a final exam

Upon completion of these requirements, you will receive your certificate via email
