Organization Development Consultant Certification Program (ODCC)

This certification program (ODCC) is offered online, meeting for 3 hours per month, over an 8 month period.

Who Should Take This Program?

  • Those who have completed the ODCP program* (see requirements)
  • Those with 5- 10+ years experience/masters degree – Advanced skills/consultant in HR, L&D, TM, OD.  Can demonstrate the Action Research Model and advanced OD Applications and Interventions.

*Pre-Requisite

ODCP* Graduate or

5 – 10 years experience in OD, full understanding of the Action Research Model, Systems Theory and Change Application. Candidates will be reviewed prior to acceptance.  Please see “Apply for ODCC” to learn more and download the application forms.

Certification Requirements

  • Attend 8 online, monthly sessions – 3 hours each
  • Complete assignments after each session
  • Meet with coach to receive feedback
  • Present a case study to demonstrate Action Research Model based on your client project
  • Complete a self-development plan to track your professional growth

Upon completion of these requirements, you will receive your certificate via email

Online Sessions

Online Sessions are 3 hours long and meet once a month on the same day (e.g.,2nd Tuesday of the month). Once you register, you will receive confirmation of all meeting dates and times. Each session is facilitated live by an experienced OD Consultant.

The cost of this course is $3,800.00 USD.

The OD Certified Consultant Program (ODCC)  is focused on helping participants to advance to the level of OD Certified Consultant by learning and practicing advanced OD methodologies, tools and interventions. The program will prepare participants to intervene in rapid, incremental, transformational and complex OD situations, making them ready for any potential OD Scenario. Participants will learn to manage complex change, complex adaptive & dialogic OD and to transform cultures. Apart from the process consulting approach, participants will learn to intervene with the structure of the organizations through Organization Design. The program will help participants to learn advanced diagnostics and interventions and apply analytics to measure the return on investment. The program will help participants to transition to become an OD Certified Consultant.

If you have not completed the ODCP* program but you have 5-10 years of experience in OD with a full understanding of the ARM, you may be eligible to enroll in the ODCC program.

*If you can demonstrate that you have a full understanding of the Action Research Model, Systems Theory and Change Application and have helped a client implement change, please apply for this program by completing both application forms and email them to info@instituteod.com.  Once we obtain this information, we can determine if you are eligible to enroll.
