Organization Development Consultant Certification Program (ODCC)

This certification program (ODCC) is offered online, meeting for 3 hours per month, over an 8 month period.

Who Should Take This Program?

Those who have completed the ODCP program* (see requirements) or

Those with 5-10 years in the field of OD, who have applied the Action Research Model


ODCP* Graduate or

5 – 10 years experience in OD, full understanding of the Action Research Model, Systems Theory and Change Application. Candidates will be reviewed prior to acceptance.  Please see “Apply for ODCC” to learn more and download the application forms.

Certification Requirements

  • Attend 8 online, monthly sessions – 3 hours each
  • Complete assignments after each session
  • Meet with coach to receive feedback
  • Present a case study to demonstrate Action Research Model based on your client project
  • Complete a self-development plan to track your professional growth

Upon completion of these requirements, you will receive your certificate via email

Online Sessions

Online Sessions are 3 hours long and meet once a month on the same day (e.g.,2nd Tuesday of the month). Once you register, you will receive confirmation of all meeting dates and times. Each session is facilitated live by an experienced OD Consultant.

The cost of this course is $3,800.00 USD.

Learn advanced OD concepts and tools and gain recognition as an Advanced OD Consultant.  Apply proven scientific research methodology to customize solutions to meet the client’s needs, demonstrate techniques to build relationships, and use influencing skills to gain senior leader buy-in, commitment, and trust to lead successful OD interventions.

You will be able to identify effective contracting and negotiation skills to lead successful change and achieve desired outcomes, as well as demonstrate powerful facilitation techniques to lead strategic planning meetings and other events.

Practice OD coaching techniques to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and minimize resistance to change.  Recognize a systems approach to transfer learning and maintain sustainable change.  Initiate feedback sessions with clients to measure outcomes and deliver results.

If you have not completed the ODCP* program but you have 5-10 years of experience in OD with a full understanding of the ARM, you may be eligible to enroll in the ODCC program.
