TESTIMONIALS & REVIEWS

Hear What Our Customers Have To Say About Our Programs

John Milnes
Senior Director, Org. Effectiveness and Finance
The classes were very well done and I think everyone felt included in the discussions. I learned a tremendous amount from the program. I can’t tell you how useful it was to be going through the program while we were developing our Talent Management Strategic Plan. I was able to put into practice the concepts we were learning. This is the best way to learn! I wish you both all the best and hope to be working with you again in the near future!

The ability to discuss and use the “HR” language in my role as an external consultant will greatly enhance my work. I also now am more aware of the frameworks of talent management and am comfortable with presenting and discussing the topics as well as how this can be integrated with my coaching and leadership development services.
John Francis
TMCP
I recently took the Talent Management Certification Program from IOD and it was a rewarding experience. I truly enjoyed the wide variety of participants from all around the world, the presenters were professional ,thought provoking and engaging. The material was extremely relevant. I have applied a great deal of what I learned to my professional HR consulting business. My time taking the TMCP course was well worth the money and the effort and I would recommend TMCP to any HR professional. I will definitely be taking more programs from IOD in the near future.
