Helping You Create Organizational Change

Organization Development Certification Program (ODCP) gives you the practical skills necessary to advance your career in the field of OD. You will learn how to apply IOD’s Action Research Model to lead change. Participants can apply what they learn immediately in their organization to create sustainable change.

Accelerated Organization Development Certification Program (ODCP) is designed to help participants gain practical skills to advance in the field of Organization Development.

This Accelerated Program will meet 3 hours per session, twice a month, for 4 months.
