Organization Development Process Consulting Certification Program (ODPC) provides a pathway into OD to gain the skills, tools and experience needed as an OD Professional to guide senior leaders and their teams through the process of change. ODPC helps participants learn how to demonstrate influence skills, facilitation skills, team building and conflict management techniques, and consulting techniques to lead change management teams.
